Build distributed training frameworks at Waabi, applying Python, C++, or Rust to improve machine learning stability and efficiency. As a Senior or Staff Machine Learning Training Optimization Engineer, you will support research and production training. You will profile model runtime and memory, evaluate emerging technologies, and collaborate with researchers and machine learning engineers. Your work will advance training and inference frameworks for autonomous transportation. Key Responsibilities:

Build standardized distributed training frameworks for research and production Profile model runtime and memory to identify performance bottlenecks Evaluate CUDA kernels, quantization, and compilation techniques Develop tooling and dashboards supporting broad adoption Establish resource usage best practices with technical teams Requirements:

MS, PhD, or bachelor's degree in a technical field At least four years of industry experience with bachelor's degree Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust Experience with PyTorch or Jax CPU and GPU profiling experience using relevant tools Apply training optimization, distributed systems, and profiling expertise to Waabi’s autonomous transportation technology.
