Remote camp Food and Beverage Servers support meal service, cleaning, and food delivery while working scheduled rotational shifts. Dexterra Group offers site-based work across North America.

This Food and Beverage Server position supports the culinary team during daily meal periods. You will assist with prepared hot and cold food, maintain lunchrooms and serving areas, and help deliver orders. Schedules may include split shifts, nights, early mornings, late nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with serving prepared hot and cold food items
- Clean tables, chairs, surfaces, stations, equipment, and dining floors
- Fill coffee, juice dispensers, napkins, salt, and pepper
- Maintain clean, clear serving areas and lunchrooms
- Load, unload, place, and deliver food supplies

Requirements:

- Commitment to a four-week-on, two-week-off rotation
- Valid government-issued photo identification for site travel
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, kneel, or sit extended periods
- Large-scale food service experience is a robust asset
