As a Business Systems Analyst Co-op, you will support CIBC’s digital transformation through large-scale technology projects. You will work with Business Partners and colleagues while strengthening communication, evaluation, and critical thinking skills. The position supports strategic solutions aligned with CIBC’s enterprise architecture roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide complex business requirements with Business Partners
- Support solution design discussions addressing project needs
- Contribute to complex strategic technology projects
- Build relationships with Business Partners, colleagues, and managers




- Articulate researched ideas through written and verbal communication

Requirements:

- Current post-secondary enrollment with full-time studies returning
- Curiosity and motivation to grow knowledge
- Critical thinking supporting informed decision making
- Ability to investigate complex problems and interpret information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
