You will make sure we are stocking what will sell, and taking ownership of the supply and demand flow. The scope of this role is global and broad - this is a pivotal role in our company's success.Every day is different and exciting for the Asset Manager at Future Electronics. We are looking for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work!What you'll be working onDeveloping and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products, markets, suppliers, and customers, and building lasting relationships with suppliersUnderstanding and communicating the competitive landscape, product availability and pricing trendsPlacing purchase orders to fulfill customer orders and maintain stock levels on top selling devicesSourcing and/or negotiating the best market price for the product and ensuring it arrives at the right cost and at the right timeResolving discrepancies at each stage in the order cycle to ensure we meet the customer's committed delivery date while keeping inventory costs to a minimumWe're looking for someone withUniversity degree and relevant work experienceTime management skills, especially the ability to prioritize tasks and take a proactive approachProven ability to perform under pressureExcellent communication and relationship building skillsAttention to detail - you are meticulous and take pride in your workIt'd be excellent if you haveAwesome Excel skills - you are familiar with v-lookups and pivot tablesNegotiation skills - you have the ability to persuade and influenceEnergetic and results-oriented personalityAt Future Electronics, we mean it when we say we care about our employees.
