Lead Chick-fil-A Canada’s digital technology portfolio using service delivery and program leadership to support restaurant expansion and Operators.This senior technology leader partners with Canada Division stakeholders, the Digital Transformation & Technology team, and vendors. The position shapes a multi-year roadmap, translates business needs into techno-functional requirements, and guides core restaurant systems, payments, networks, and digital capabilities.
