As an Auto Body Prepper, you will prepare each customer's vehicle for refinishing under insurance guidelines. The position requires experience with hand and power tools, surface inspection, bodywork evaluation, and multiple coating stages. Consistent quality and productivity help the repair facility achieve its KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect vehicle surfaces for dirt and imperfections
- Evaluate completed bodywork before painting
- Sand and prepare surfaces with hand tools
- Use power tools during paint preparation
- Apply sealers, basecoats, colour coats, and transparent coats

Requirements:
- At least three years of Prepper experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary auto body refinishing education preferred
- Personal tools required for the job
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift approximately 50 pounds
