This contract Technical Program Manager supports large-scale enterprise modernization programs across core banking, payments infrastructure, transaction processing, and digital banking. The work spans Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Payments, Risk, Compliance, and third-party vendors. Temenos experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead core banking and payments transformation planning and execution
- Maintain plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery and third-party vendor activities
- Facilitate upgrades, integrations, migrations, and modernization initiatives




- Support deployment readiness, cutover, and post-launch stabilization

Requirements:
- 10+ years in technical program or transformation delivery management
- Large-scale technology delivery experience within banking or regulated environments
- Enterprise experience across core banking, payments, or digital banking
- Program governance, risk, dependency, and change management experience
- Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodology experience
