Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator supports staffing, onboarding, attendance management, and workplace investigations. The position serves all staff across a diverse, multi-unionized workplace. It requires adaptable administration, sound judgment, confidentiality, and knowledge of employment legislation and collective agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate job postings, applicant tracking, screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Support onboarding, orientation, criminal record checks, and district compliance
- Assist with employee relations, investigations, discipline, grievances, and correspondence
- Maintain labour relations documentation, personnel files,



HRIS, and procedures
- Prepare reports, agendas, minutes, and required provincial and federal submissions

Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum two years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience
- Experience in diverse, multi-unionized environments, preferably public sector
- Knowledge of employment legislation, collective agreements, and labour relations
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, plus HRIS experience
