This Senior Manager role sits within the Product Strategy, Research & Oversight team. You will assess mutual funds, ETFs, and broader investment products using performance, attribution, risk, and portfolio analysis. Your work supports governance decisions, Portfolio Guidelines, and client outcomes across Mackenzie's product shelf.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate strategies, Portfolio Managers, and product outcomes against objectives
- Analyze performance, attribution, risk, holdings, benchmarks, and peer groups
- Investigate emerging concerns and recommend appropriate follow-up actions
- Maintain evaluation standards and monitoring methodologies across the shelf




- Present evidence-based recommendations to committees and senior stakeholders

Requirements:
- Seven or more years of relevant asset-management experience
- Experience evaluating funds, strategies, and Portfolio Managers
- Knowledge of Canadian mutual funds, ETFs, and regulatory frameworks
- Understanding of capital markets, portfolio construction, and investment risk
- CFA designation strongly preferred; advanced training is an asset
