The City of Dawson Creek is seeking a full time IT Technician I to deliver end-user support, service desk operations, and operational assistance for the City's IT services. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, Microsoft 365 support, asset management, and configuration of end-user devices and systems.

You will collaborate with IT staff, participate in cross-training for service continuity, and ensure reliable technology services for City staff.
