The majority of projects involve renovations within occupied facilities, particularly retirement and senior living environments.This role requires a Superintendent who is organized, communicative, and experienced working in live environments where safety, coordination, and scheduling are critical.Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior renovation projectsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers,
