This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can balance technical delivery, team leadership, and client engagement while designing and executing scalable, repeatable data integration and migration solutions across ERP, CRM, HCM, and other business applications.This role operates within on premise and cloud architectures, with a focus on the Azure Integration Services ecosystem, while supporting a wide range of enterprise systems, integration tools, and data technologies based on client needs.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage data integration and migration engagements for enterprise clients, spanning ERP, CRM, and other business applicationsOversee end-to-end data migration workstreams including data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, testing, and cutover planningSupervise and mentor a team of data integration and migration professionals, providing delivery oversight, technical guidance, and career developmentCollaborate with client business, data, technical, and project management teams to define scope, assumptions, dependencies, timelines,



and delivery approachesDefine and enforce best practices for data migration methodology, integration patterns, data quality, security, scalability, and performanceLead data mapping, transformation rule definition, reference data management, and data lineage documentation across source and target systemsPartner with solution architects and engineers to design and implement integration solutions using cloud, hybrid, and i Paa S architecturesManage project execution including resource planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communicationSupport pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, estimates, proposals, and client presentationsDrive continuous improvement through reusable frameworks, tooling, documentation, and team enablementRequired Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree5+ years of experience in data integration and data migration roles supporting enterprise business applicationsDemonstrated experience leading data migration or integration workstreams on complex implementations, upgrades, or system consolidationsStrong hands-on understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data modeling, and integration architecturesExperience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and enterprise integration toolsProven leadership experience managing teams or workstreams in a consulting or delivery environmentFamiliarity with Dev Ops practices, version control,
