Support Fendi retail and digital sales through omnichannel fulfillment, inventory coordination, and virtual selling processes. Collaborate across teams to deliver accurate client service. The Omni Stockist supports store management and the larger Fendi network across retail and digital channels. This position manages orders, shipments, returns, consignments, and client cases. It also supports Curbside Pick-up, SFS, BOPIS, and virtual appointments. Key Responsibilities: Review and prioritize pending orders for fulfillment within 24 hours Process Curbside Pick-up, SFS, and BOPIS activities Prepare, package, wrap, and ship merchandise accurately Support consignments, charge sends, and client deliveries Use HERO, HEAVEN, and Client Compass platforms Requirements: Two to four years retail or customer experience Luxury experience, stock control, or selling experience preferred Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Microsoft Office, POS, inventory management, and digital literacy Adaptable availability and ability to lift up to 25 pounds Bring retail fulfillment, digital operations, and client advocacy skills to Fendi’s omnichannel stockist team and store network. #J-18808-Ljbffr
