As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will manage front-of-house activities within casino operations. The position combines staff supervision, scheduling, service resources, budgeting, and customer service. You will also support menus, policies, training, and special events.

Requirements:

• One to two years restaurant supervision experience or equivalent
• Leadership skills directing and supervising staff
• Customer service skills exceeding guest expectations
• Required provincial gaming registration eligibility
• Food safety certification and Alberta DealUs In training, where applicable
