The work includes planning, implementation, reporting, and collaboration with staff, departments, and community stakeholders. Research and analyze strategic projects, policies, programs, and operational trends Develop strategies improving program effectiveness, efficiency, and community service Manage park inventory data, updates, training, and user documentation Coordinate licence and lease negotiations, compliance, and account management Proven research, analysis, report writing, and presentation skills Experience delivering customer service programs and organizing projects Robust computerized experience with Word, Excel, GIS, and databases Valid Class G Driver's Licence and personal vehicle required Support Hamilton parks through policy research, program analysis, stakeholder collaboration, reporting, and data-informed operational improvements.
