You keep buildings running smoothly, finances secure and decisions compliant with the Strata Property Act. You will manage a well‑balanced portfolio of strata buildings across Greater Victoria, with administrative and accounting teams handling the back office so you can focus on councils, owners and the buildings themselves.What you'll doAct as the primary contact for strata councils and owners in your portfolioPrepare for and attend strata council meetings, AGMs and SGMsPrepare annual budgets and oversee each corporation's financial processesAdvise councils on the Strata Property Act,
