As a Table Support Team Member, you will help create high-quality restaurant experiences at Eataly, the artisanal Italian food and beverage marketplace. You will report to Restaurant Floor Managers and the AGM while delivering meals, beverages, and table care. Knowledge of menu ingredients supports effective server assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests, pour beverages, and serve bread with olive oil
- Run complete, accurate food courses from kitchen to guest tables
- Deliver beverages and keep water glasses filled




- Explicit used dishes and silverware between courses
- Clean and reset tables and chairs in assigned areas

Requirements:

- One or more years in a fast-paced restaurant
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Availability for onsite evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and remain mobile eight hours
