Recruitment Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of positions. Source, attract, assess, and engage active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting strategies. Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and organizational fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Promote the employer brand through networking, social media, and targeted talent engagement strategies to build diverse talent pipelines. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Leverage market insights and recruitment data to influence hiring decisions, optimize recruiting strategies, and improve outcomes. Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure compliance with recruiting processes and reporting requirements. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience). Demonstrated experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening,



managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders. Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within the Manufacturing Specialty
