As a Clinical Practice Lead, you contribute to patient care and skilled nursing practice under a Manager or designate. The position includes clinical practice, practice assessment and development, clinical consultation, care coordination, and leadership activities. You collaborate with the leadership team to positively impact care and nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to delivery of patient care
- Assess and develop professional nursing practice
- Provide clinical consultation and care coordination
- Support quality improvement initiatives
- Guide and supervise unit staff

Requirements:

- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Practicing RN or RPN registrant status
- Five years of recent related experience
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize priorities and work independently
