Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Project Controls Manager to support a large construction company on a 6-month contract-to-hire chance. This role is based 5 days a week on-site in the Mississauga/Toronto area and will support a portfolio of major commercial, water, and transit construction projects.The Project Controls Manager will oversee 4 employees and project controls activities across the region, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost management. This individual will act as the In Eight SME, training Project Managers and project teams on best practices while providing leadership through dashboards, reporting, and portfolio-level insights. The ideal candidate has strong construction project controls experience, previous people leadership experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both project teams and senior leadership.Skills and Requirements7+ years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Controls, or a related disciplinePrevious people leadership experience, including managing project controls or cost controls personnelStrong experience using In EightExperience with budgeting, forecasting, cost management,
