Lead franchise operations for Good Earth Coffeehouse, supporting partners and corporate teams from Calgary or the Greater Toronto Area. Travel throughout Canada is required. As Regional Manager, you will guide multi-unit retail or foodservice operations across Good Earth’s expanding Canadian network. Your work connects Franchise Operating Partners with Corporate Support while reinforcing quality, service, cleanliness, sales, profitability, and marketing execution. Franchise experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
