As a high-traffic commercial hub, this site requires a dynamic and customer-focused security presence to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for thousands of visitors, staff, and retail tenants every day. Supervise, support, and guide security team members during assigned shifts. Assist with training and onboarding current security guards. Conduct regular site patrols and oversee daily security operations. Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control equipment. Respond promptly to operational incidents, medical emergencies, and customer concerns. Ensure all duty assignments follow site policies and standard operating procedures.
