- and your hard work We are looking for an Intermediate Software Developer for a 10-month contract, working hybrid from our Ottawa office. You will join a growing product development team, take on well-scoped work from design to release, and be placed where the team needs help most. Ownership is the core of this role: you take a problem, drive it to done, and support it after it ships. Design, build, test and ship features and fixes across the full stack, from back-end services and APIs to user interfaces. Use AI-assisted development tools to work faster, while reviewing and testing the results carefully. Break down ambiguous problems, make sound technical decisions, and es Write clean, well-tested, documented code and take part in code reviews. Help improve our architecture, tooling and developer workflow. Support customers and the team by triaging issues and following delivery through post-release. 2 or more years of professional software development experience. ~ Full-stack product development experience, with solid back-end skills and comfort building front-end features. You learn new languages and frameworks quickly, since you may work on any of our products. ~ Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants in your daily work. ~ Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing. ~ Experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) and containers.
