Beechwood's Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal role in managing and supporting the workforce to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. The role requires close collaboration with management and employees to address HR-related inquiries, resolve issues, and implement policies that foster a positive work setting. The HR Generalist will also contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role. Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ADP Workforce Now is an asset. knowledge of JHSCs is an asset. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset. Manage and administer employee leave programs, including statutory leaves, vacation, and other absences in compliance with Ontario employment laws. Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures that support workforce management and regulatory compliance. Lead full-cycle recruitment, and support managers in onboarding new hires. Support employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
