- Design, build, and maintain backend financial and payments systems flows (e.G., core banking, ACH, wire, card, and digital asset transaction processing).
- Influence software architecture and lead design decisions for the Platform, with particular focus on payments and money-movement systems.
- Develop, test, and launch new features and releases for the Platform.
- Document processes and key data flows
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audit certification efforts, including documenting systems for regulatory and internal audit purposes.Product & Requirements Enablement
- Partner with engineering, product, operations, and compliance teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and specifications.
- Organize and decompose business requirements into well-structured functional and technical specs that other engineers can execute against.




- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team, clarifying scope, surfacing technical trade-offs, and reducing ambiguity before development begins.
