This role is ideal for someone who has done complete kitchen projects, not just one portion of the work.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be responsible for the full installation process on residential kitchen projects, including:Cabinet installation and cabinet refacingWorking with veneer materials and finishesFlooring installation, door replacements, trim, and general carpentryDemolition and site prepEnsuring projects move efficiently while maintaining high-quality standardsWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of hands-on experience in kitchen renovationsProven experience with cabinet refacing and veneer work (required)Strong general carpentry skillsComfortable working on full kitchen installations from start to finishValid driver’s licenseAbility to pass a criminal background checkScheduleFull-time positionMonday to Friday, with some weekend work as neededPay & What We Offer$28–$34 per hour, depending on experienceCompany vehicle provided (gas and maintenance covered)Comprehensive health care planFree uniformsPerformance-based bonusesTeam events and a supportive work environmentWe value quality craftsmanship delivered efficiently.
