Handle all assigned customer requests for freight movement Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, Sales staff, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment. Successfully conducts and completes all assigned training. Participates in continuous improvement training and trains others. Negotiation with both customers and carriers. Maintain and follow all SOPs for various customers. Communicate with customers on a regular basis on any shipments being handled.
