Lead warehouse operations at JYSK Canada through inventory control, shipping, receiving, and protected merchandise handling. This role supports store management and warehouse teams.

As a Warehouse Lead, you assist with daily store operations while organizing and maintaining a clean warehouse. You unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the backroom, keeping logistics current. You also supervise, coach, and train warehouse team members on processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Unload, stock, and retrieve backroom merchandise
- Manage inventory and control losses, damages, and thefts
- Communicate merchandise arrivals to the store team
- Print receiving reports for purchase orders and transfers

Requirements:

- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Plan, organize, and prioritize warehouse work urgently
- Make shipping and receiving decisions supporting company guidelines
- Minimum six months relevant warehouse or back-end retail experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
