You'll own day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle, partner with cross‐functional teams to deliver scalable programs, and improve the employee experience. With 3–5+ years in HR/People Ops, you'll manage HRIS data integrity, support recruitment during peak periods, and leverage AI to streamline processes. The role offers CAD 90k–110k base salary and competitive advantages.
