OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a robust background in SAP, Enterprise Applications, Business Transformation, and Large-Scale Program Delivery to lead complex initiatives across a global environment.This role is ideal for a Project Manager who excels at navigating ambiguity, driving alignment across business and technology teams, managing external vendors and system integrators, and delivering large-scale transformational projects from concept through execution.You will lead a variety of initiatives including SAP implementations, enterprise application modernization, Saa S deployments, digital transformation programs, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional business transformation projects while partnering closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, global delivery teams, and third-party partners.What You'll DoLead complex SAP, Business Transformation, Saa S, and Enterprise Technology projects through the full project lifecycle from initiation to closureDefine project delivery strategies, project plans, work breakdown structures, staffing models, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworksTranslate evolving business objectives into executable project plans and delivery roadmapsManage project budgets, forecasts, actuals, risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and resource planning activitiesProvide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to leadership teams, steering committees, Directors, and VPsCoordinate cross-functional teams across multiple business units, countries, regions, and time zonesLead vendor and system integrator management activities including SOW development, contract governance, delivery oversight, and performance managementDrive project scope management, requirements governance, quality controls, and stakeholder engagement activitiesFacilitate risk mitigation, issue resolution, decision-making, and executive escalationsSupport SAP implementations, enterprise application deployments, digital modernization efforts, and process transformation initiativesEnsure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned to business objectivesPartner with Change Management, Training, and Business teams to support successful adoption and deployment activitiesContribute to PMO process improvements, governance standards, methodologies, and best practicesCoach and mentor Project Leads and team members on effective project delivery principles and execution approachesWhat You BringMust-Have Qualifications12+ years of IT project delivery experience within large enterprise environments5+ years leading projects through the full delivery lifecycle with responsibility for diverse, cross-functional teamsProven experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs and application delivery initiativesExperience managing project budgets exceeding $1 MStrong stakeholder management experience working with Directors, VPs, executive leadership teams, and steering committeesExperience managing third-party vendors, consultants, and system integrators throughout the project lifecycleProven ability to coordinate large cross-functional teams and manage 20+ shared resourcesStrong project planning, forecasting, governance, scope management, risk management, and financial management capabilitiesExperience delivering projects within structured PMO environmentsExperience managing enterprise software, packaged applications, or Saa S implementationsExcellent communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and relationship management skillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related disciplinePMP, Prince2, or equivalent Project Management certificationAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, Word, Share Point, and PM reporting toolsPreferred experience:Experience delivering SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projectsExperience within Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, or other large enterprise based environments / related industriesExperience leading global or multi-region deploymentsExperience managing multiple system integrators simultaneouslyExperience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery
