Support patients in their health journey with Foundation Health as a Personal Support Worker. This role involves hands-on care, companionship, and assisting with essential daily activities in a full time position.

Personal Support Workers will assist clients with personal care needs, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while working directly in clients' homes or care facilities. The role demands interaction, compassion, and profound respect for every individual’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Take clients for outings and exercises
• Perform light housekeeping tasks,



including laundry
• Remind clients of their medication schedules
Requirements:
• Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent
• Valid G2/G driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR
• Clear criminal background and vulnerable sector check
