This role will provide change management, business readiness, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption, and AI enablement services to support a successful implementation. The OCM Lead will work under the direction of the Service Owner, Project Manager, and Business Leadership, collaborating with business, technical, operational, and vendor stakeholders to drive successful adoption and sustained use of the recent system, including the effective and responsible use of approved AI-enabled tools and capabilities.Responsibilities Develop, maintain,
