Apply manufacturing versatility and accurate assembly skills as a full-time, on-site Team Member with DIRTT in Calgary. Support production where demand is highest.

As a Manufacturing Team Member, you will work across Casework, Woodshop, Metalshop, and Primer facilities. The Flex Team provides additional support when operational demands increase, helping production stay on schedule. You will read basic drawings, use measuring tools, troubleshoot issues, and apply safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support high-demand departments during changing production needs
- Read drawings, specifications, and bills of materials
- Measure components for accurate fit and alignment
- Troubleshoot issues and report equipment or material problems
- Maintain clean,



organized workspaces while using required PPE

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing, assembly, or related production experience is an asset
- Comfort using hand tools, measuring tools, and production equipment
- Basic computer skills for reporting and production tracking
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand extended periods
