In this hybrid role, you'll create AI-ready data products that drive analytics across our organization.Reporting to the Chief Data, Analytics & Knowledge Officer, you will lead the development of a portfolio of trusted data products while ensuring data governance principles are met. With a focus on people and workforce data, you'll apply hands-on analytics to maintain data quality and oversee a small, dynamic team. Your cross-functional leadership will be key to establishing transparent standards and tools within our data governance frameworks.Key Responsibilities:
