Welcome guests at Blaze Bar & Grill while delivering exceptional service and managing seating within Grey Eagle Resort & Casino’s foodservice outlets.

As Host or Hostess, you will greet and seat guests under the Front of the House Shift Supervisor. The position emphasizes customer service, POS systems, menu knowledge, and secure work practices. You will also support managers, supervisors, servers, and cashiers when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests promptly across foodservice outlets
- Review daily specials, promotions, menus, prices, and operating hours
- Monitor and assign seating fairly and consistently
- Maintain cashier and hostess station supplies each shift
- Communicate issues requiring assistance to the FOH Manager

Requirements:

- Valid Alberta Pro Serve Certification
- One to two years’ large-volume foodservice customer service experience
- Required experience working with POS systems
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Availability for shift work, prolonged standing, and smoking environments
