As a Bakery Team Member, you will receive and prepare products while maintaining appealing bakery areas and displays. You will stock shelves, monitor freshness, assist sampling, and support sales through suggestive selling. The position requires following health, sanitation, safety, and Weights and Measures procedures while supporting WFM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, prepare, rotate, and merchandise bakery products
- Keep cases, shelves, bins, and displays clean
- Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to leadership




- Assist sampling programs and periodic inventory checks
- Provide courteous service and answer customer questions

Requirements:

- No prior retail experience required
- Ability to learn department products and check freshness
- Robust communication and effective time management skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and use equipment
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
