Salary Range: CA$22.00 To CA$23.00 HourlyThrive Freeze Dry, a rapidly growing freeze-dried manufacturing company is recruiting for experienced Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker for our locations in Langley BC reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. This opportunity is for the day shift primarily responsible for loading/unloading trucks, preparing and shipping products, receiving and processing incoming goods, and maintaining the warehouse inventory.Key Responsibilities:Receiving, processing, and inspecting incoming materials within conformancesMaintaining records in Excel and WMS accurately and in a timely mannerCoordinating outgoing shipments with all departments to ensure sales adherence.Organizing and maintaining shipments between internal plants and warehousesValidating documentation to ensure the correct product is shipped or received at the plants/warehousesOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:Forklift Certificate for Class 1, 4, and 5 is a mustMinimum 1 year of experience in commercial goods environment or raw material setting.Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Word, and Excel.Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.Organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of workPhysical Environment:Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform tasks requiring kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.Comfortable working in temperature-controlled, refrigerated, or chilled environments.Ability to stand for long periods of time
