This Cook handles day to day food preparation and product handling within the Ed’s Bowling kitchen. The position supports customer service through prompt food delivery, accurate portioning, and appealing presentation. It also includes inventory, cleaning, equipment care, and coordination with the Kitchen Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare food according to Food Safe standards
- Serve customer orders promptly and courteously
- Maintain portioning and presentation controls
- Complete food and ingredient inventories
- Clean equipment and record needed repairs

Requirements:

- Previous cooking experience in a similar setting
- Knowledge of food preparation and customer service expectations
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid food safety certificate or willingness to train
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
