Your work includes appointments, billing, payments, eyewear support, and technology-assisted administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out
- Perform pre-testing supporting comprehensive eye care
- Coordinate appointments and prepare prescription printouts
- Manage billing, payments, and eyewear pick-ups
- Complete minor eyewear repairs and adjustments

Requirements:

- Previous retail experience considered an asset
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite
