Do you have experience in high-tech product design or quality control in an industrial field?The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for Design Quality Leader for current developments to join our Quality Engineering team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Airbus Quality engineering team in Europe. You will be part of the Engineering Quality team, a group of quality specialists who ensure that engineering teams are well-supported in adhering to their processes and designing products with the expected quality and maturity. You will be called upon to collaborate with business partners in a cross-functional environment and contribute to ensuring the rigorous application of existing Quality processes and standards throughout the Development Cycle. Your role as Quality Manager in Product Development Processes will be to: Guarantee process compliance by implementing a control and monitoring system, specifically regarding V&V; (Verification & Validation) requirements management processes and the quality of means of compliance. Deploy and leverage the quality framework to continuously improve adherence to design processes. Promote the implementation of readiness reviews (preparation for design reviews) with engineering teams to ensure a higher level of maturity for the documentation and analyses expected during key design milestones.
