Title: Learning Solutions Architect (L&D; Designer/Developer IV) | Contract | Toronto Hybrid Type: Contract, Nov 30, 2026 to Dec 31, 2027 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00 You'll be the strategic L&D; partner to business leaders and HR, owning the learning strategy and multi-year roadmap for your portfolio. Lead performance consulting and needs analysis to diagnose gaps and recommend solutions Build and execute long-term learning strategies and roadmaps aligned to business and enterprise goals Build business cases for learning investments and define rollout plans with senior leadership Map existing learning assets to current and current capabilities Report on progress, manage escalations,



and drive process improvements that reduce cost or create capacity 8 to 10 years in corporate Learning & Development within a large organization ~ Deep grounding in adult learning principles and blended learning design, including measurement and evaluation ~ Learning consultation and performance consulting experience ~ MS Office 365, Teams, Word, and intermediate Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas) ~ Hands‐on use of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot ~ Post-secondary education plus L&D; or Adult Education certification This is a learning strategy and design role, not a project management role.
