Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting analysis Lead month-end,



quarter-end, and year-end close processes Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to support leadership decision-making Coordinate external audits, tax support, and year-end working papers Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff as applicable Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
