WHAT YOU BRING We're looking for a motivated leader with strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine passion for developing people and growing a successful operation. 5+ years of management experience, ideally within a branch-based, distribution, operations, or customer-focused business setting.

Proven ability to manage financial performance, improve profitability, and drive operational efficiencies.

Strong leadership skills with experience building, coaching, and motivating teams.

Excellent customer relationship management and business development abilities.

Experience overseeing day-to-day operations, resource planning, and business processes. A hands-on, accountable leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
