Lead strategic pursuits for WSP’s Property & Buildings business across Western Canada, using capture planning and proposal development expertise. Work from any WSP office in Western Canada. As a Strategic Pursuit Manager, you will shape positioning, capture plans, and proposals for high-value opportunities. You will collaborate with business, market, regional, technical, and external partner teams to develop strategies that support sustainable growth across WSP’s markets. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Go/No-Go decisions for strategic Property & Buildings pursuits Develop capture plans for major competitive opportunities Analyze markets and competitive intelligence to strengthen win strategies Lead compliant, compelling, timely proposal development activities Maintain chance records and reporting in Oracle and business systems Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in business, commerce, marketing, communications, or related discipline Eight-plus years in pursuit, capture, proposal, or business development management Experience leading capture planning and winning pursuit strategies Understanding of procurement and commercial aspects of Alternative Delivery Projects Advanced communication, presentation, analytical, and creative thinking skills Bring pursuit leadership, competitive insight, and persuasive communication to WSP’s strategic Property & Buildings opportunities across Western Canada.
