We are looking for a Tax Specialist / Tax Lawyer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join an established law firm in Montreal.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise businesses and their executives on Canadian tax matters.
Participate in tax planning and corporate tax reorganizations.
Oversee the preparation and execution of tax-related files.
Independently manage tax matters and ensure proper follow-up.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Canadian taxation, particularly advising businesses and their executives.
Experience working in an accounting firm or law firm.
Solid experience in corporate tax reorganizations and tax file management.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in French ideally.
Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
