Lead high rise residential construction projects with expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination across Ontario. Travel is required for this position.Traugott seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from startup through closeout. The role requires high rise condominium experience, robust communication, and proven management of budgets, schedules, costs, and risks. You will coordinate consultants, clients, subtrades, suppliers, and project teams while supporting project coordinators and staff.Key Responsibilities:
Set up projects with departments, regulators, engineers, architects, and consultantsMonitor schedules, costs, margins, profitability, forecasts, and construction risksCoordinate meetings, site safety, drawings, requests, and project communicationsManage client relationships, billings, approvals,



and change ordersClose projects by resolving deficiencies and outstanding construction issuesRequirements:
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or CET DiplomaMinimum 10 years of progressive project management experienceRequired experience with high rise condominiums and $50m–$100m+ projectsStrong understanding of building drawings, specifications, budgets, and schedulesValid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout OntarioBring high rise condominium leadership, cost control, scheduling, and risk management expertise to Traugott’s Ontario construction projects.
