You will oversee intake, assessment, early resolution, investigations, and regulatory pathways. Develop operational plans, priorities, standards, and accountability frameworksOversee complaint assessment, prioritization, resolution, and investigation qualityDirect complex, sensitive, systemic, and precedent-setting mattersLead policies, procedures, service models, and process improvementsEmbed Indigenous cultural safety and anti-racism throughout processesRequirements:
Master’s degree, law degree, mediation training, or equivalent experienceSeven to ten years in regulatory, investigative, or risk programsDirect management experience in unionized and non-unionized environmentsConflict management, mediation, communication, and facilitation skillsKnowledge of applicable legislation and Indigenous-specific anti-racismDirect BCCNM’s intake and investigations programs with sound judgment, regulatory knowledge, cultural humility, and public protection focus.
