Underwrite and authorize loan proposals from $350,000 to $1.5 millionDetermine credit terms, pricing, repayment structures,



and covenantsReview documentation and negotiate transaction structures with internal partnersResolve compliance matters and material changes during negotiationsCoach current employees and support knowledge sharingRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, accounting, or related fieldMinimum five years’ relevant credit or commercial lending experienceStrong credit judgment and commercial financing assessment abilitiesExperience coaching, mentoring, or guiding colleaguesCPA or CFA designation and bilingualism considered solid assetsUse commercial lending experience, risk analysis, and sound judgment to authorize financing that supports Canadian businesses through BDC.
