This full time, first-shift leadership role partners with Operations, Engineering, Human Resources, Quality, and site management. The focus includes governance, risk reduction, reporting, and measurable improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Establish enterprise-wide EHS policies, systems, and performance expectationsSet annual objectives, targets, resources, and improvement initiativesOversee OSHA, EPA, permitting, inspections, reporting, and recordkeepingLead audits, risk assessments, investigations,



and corrective actionsMonitor indicators, dashboards, trends, and organizational accountabilityRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in EHS, safety, science, engineering, or related disciplineAt least 12 years of progressive EHS manufacturing experienceAt least five years managing EHS programs and leadership responsibilitiesKnowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable environmental regulationsU.S. citizenship or permanent residency and regular domestic travelApply corporate EHS leadership, compliance governance, and operational risk management across NEOTech's distributed manufacturing network.
