The role administers resources, contracts, tools, and supplies while supporting property operations. Manage capital and construction projects within approved budgets and timelinesCoordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and regularly scheduled trade meetingsConfirm work follows approved drawings, specifications,



and estimatesMaintain current project files and review contractor invoicesMinimize disruption to Residents during project activitiesRequirements:
Post-secondary degree in construction, project management, engineering, or related fieldMinimum five years' project, facilities, or construction management experienceExceptional written and oral communication skillsExcellent organization, multitasking, and follow-up abilitiesExperience with Yardi or Smartsheet considered an assetBring capital project leadership, contractor coordination, budgeting, and communication skills to Centurion's property management portfolio.
